Blake Parham of Oxford Earns Eagle Scout

Blake Parham, a sophomore at Oxford High School and member of Boy ScoutTroop 45 in Oxford, received the Eagle Award in ceremonies Sunday at Oxford-University United Methodist Church. Participating in ceremonies were his father, Matt Parham, president of Bank of Commerce in Oxford, and his mother, Tammy Parham.  Blake has been active in a wide range of sports, community and Scout activities. He is a member of the Order of the Arrow, leadership honorary, and earned 33 merit badges.
