Support Oxford's Local Food Pantry

More than 20 percent of homes in Mississippi experience food insecurity and rely heavily on organizations like the local Food Pantry. The Pantry is always in need of both food and monetary donations of all kinds and amounts.
According to director Ann ODell, some specific products the Pantry is in need of are:

  • cooking oil
  • peanut butter
  • canned meat
  • canned foods
  • low-sodium vegetables

Donations can be brought to the Pantry, located at 713 Molly Barr Road, on Tuesdays when volunteers and staff members are stocking shelves. The Pantry serves the community on Wednesday and Thursday mornings from 9 to 11 a.m.
For more information about giving to the Pantry or volunteering, please call 662-832-8001.
