Delantric — Here’s my top 3. What’s the story with the bar? What’s your favorite thing on the menu? How does the smoking pit work and are we smoking anything now?

Delantric — The Lamargarita.
Hottytoddy.com — Describe the most unusual drink you have prepared?
Delantric — Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey, sprite and orange juice.
HottyToddy.com — When is the bar the busiest?
Delantric — Between the hours of 11 a.m.– 2 p.m. and 5 p.m.–7:30 p.m..
HottyToddy-com — What’s the male/female mix in the bar?
Delantric — It’s about 65 percent male and 35 percent female.
HottyToddy.com — Who is the biggest celebrity or most recognized individual you have served?
Delantric — I’ve served Morgan Freeman on a few occasions.
HottyToddy.com — What’s life like after bartending?
Delantric — Late nights (if off in time), homework and sleep. I do plan to continue my education and get a bachelor’s and master’s in nursing.
HottyToddy.com — What do customers discuss most at bars? (topics opposed to personalities)
Delantric — Sports, our antique bar and the barbecue we smoke outside.
HottoyToddy.com — What are first-time visitors to Oxford most interested in doing/seeing?
Delantric — They’re always interested in the antique bar, the pit used to smoke all our meats and the bartenders’ life stories.
HottyToddy.com — Is the bar business growing, declining or staying basically the same?
Delantric — The business at the bar is steadily growing.
