Faulkner Flats Flat Out Stacked With Amenities
A great Grand Opening at Faulkner Flats.
Faulkner Flats celebrated its grand opening Aug. 20 with balloons, great food, excited tenants and proud staff.
The apartment complex off of Old Taylor Road offers 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartment homes in different floor plans and some of the most innovative amenities in the industry. Those include a pool and spa, outside kitchen, carwash, walking trail, shuffleboard, bocce ball, horseshoes and a pet-friendly environment.
In his remarks to visitors at the Grand Opening, Heritage Properties President R. Wayne Pierce thanked the staff and builders H.C. Hand of Shreveport, L.A.., for their hard work. He added that one of the indoor amenities featured at Faulkner Flats was a study room. “Yes, you Ole Miss students who live here do need to study,” he kidded some of the Faulkner Flats’ newest renters, just arriving back from summer break. Then Pierce named off amenities, including a cyber lounge, golf simulator, tanning beds and fitness center.
