Bethel Baptist Church in Oxford held its inaugural Easter Egg hunt Saturday morning to celebrate Easter weekend. The sun was bright and the wind was cool as children raced across the churchyard to find the colorful candy-filled treasures.
Pastor Ken Hanks and his wife Leah look forward to making this the first of many Easter Egg hunt memories at the church. The public is invited to attend the fun-filled egg-quest and is welcomed to sunrise services Easter morning at 7 a.m. Breakfast will be served afterward. The church is located at 50 County Road 271, off Hwy. 6 East.
