The Oxford School District recognized Adrian Shipman as the 2014-2015 Citizen of the Year during the June Board of Trustees meeting.
OSD Superintendent Brian Harvey delivered the award to Shipman saying, “She has taken a public stand for public education and for all public schools. Her volunteer work and involvement in our public schools in the last six years is greatly appreciated.”
Shipman has two children, Bella and Wells, enrolled in the Oxford School District.
