According to Survey, These are the Best Mississippi Cities to Live

Madison, Horn Lake and Ocean Springs are just a few of the cities to make the cut for the “Best 10 Cities in Mississippi to Live” survey complied by Homesnacks.net.

Instead of polling Mississippi residents, science was used to determine which cities were the “best of the best.”

The website looked at 70 of Mississippi’s most populated cities and collected data on density, education, crime rates and weather. Data was also compiled from FBI crime reports, government census and Bureau of Labor Statistics.

Madison tops the list at number one most likely because the population has seen a 30 percent spike in the last five years. Madison residents also earn the highest income in the state.
