Today, March 30, is National Take a Walk In a Park Day, and Oxonians and visitors did just that at Pat Lamar Park.

Visitors from St. Louis, Missouri, Molly and Julie, enjoy the beauty of Oxford and Pat Lamar Park. The two friends decided to visit Oxford during their spring break after seeing it on a list of “best places to visit.”

Apart from Pat Lamar Park, Oxford offers the public a variety of parks to walk or play in. Avent, Stone, FNC, Oxford Skate, Price Hill and River’s Hill Parks all offer fun things for everyone to do. There are also a host of sports complex with different courts and fields to visit.
