A group of graduates from the Lott Leadership Institute at Ole Miss who are living in the Boston area surprised former Senator Trent Lott who recently had a book signing with former Senator Tom Daschle at the Edward M. Kennedy Institute.
Lott and Daschle are co-authors of Crisis Point.
“I was surprised and delighted a group of Lott Institute grads living in the area came down from the gallery to greet me, complete with an Ole Miss flag,” Lott said.
The Kennedy Institute features a replica of the U. S. Senate Chamber. Lott will sign books at Square Books on February 17 at 5 p.m.
