Two years ago, I was living in Boston and working toward my master’s degree. That summer, I took a course on new media which required me to maintain a blog. I, of course, being an Oxford native and Ole Miss grad, decided to assuage my homesickness by writing about home.
So, after failing to find a Southern-themed restaurant to my liking, I attempted the impossible: to fry catfish on my own. It’s a darn good thing I produced the following video for that summer blog so folks back home would believe that I didn’t burn down half of Beantown in the process!
