For Shelbi Hughey and fiancé Ramsey Brown, Oxford has always been a special place. “My fiancé proposed to me at Bouré about three months ago and it was where we went on our first date,” explained Hughey, who is a graduate of DeSoto Central High School.

Brown is an Ole Miss graduate working at Abbeville Bank outside of Oxford. He graduated from Oxford High School.
