The Oxford Film Festival, in partnership with the Mississippi Film and Video Alliance, is offering a FREE screening of MFVA films on Monday. Check out the complete list of films showing at the Oxford Film Festival website. Past short film recipients from 2014 and 2013, as well as trailers from other films.

No.4 Theatre Oxford’s Mashed Potatoes and Davey
Saturday, November 12 (7:30 p.m.) at Powerhouse

Today and on Saturday, November 12, Theatre Oxford will be presenting its version of Mashed Potatoes and Davey by Samuel French. This family-friendly Thanksgiving play is centered upon an accidental invite to a big bully to Thanksgiving dinner, which in turn results in a plot to get rid of him! Saturday, November 14 (8 a.m.) at Ole Miss South Campus Trail

Ole Miss Campus Recreation is hosting a four-mile team obstacle course bright and early Saturday morning. Obstacles like the Spider Web, Rope Climb, Jug Carry and Low Crawl are sure to have entrants muddy & puffing for air (in a good way) by the end of the race. All proceeds from the challenge go toward student scholarships! Not a racer? Become a volunteer or register to run with your team here!

No.1 Ole Miss Basketball vs. Northwestern State
Friday, November 13 (4 p.m.) at Tad Smith Coliseum

Football season may not be over yet, but the basketball team is already set to tip off its 106th season this fall with the season opener on Friday afternoon! The basketball schedule for 2015-2016, as well as links to purchase tickets, are available on the Ole Miss website.
