Ole Miss Great Johnny Neumann
The Ole Miss men’s basketball team has had a few shining moments. In 1970, forward Johnny Neumann led the nation in scoring at 40.1 points per game. It ranks fifth all time for the highest season average. Neumann played before the advent of the three-point line.
