I could have sworn there were some shrimp here a minute ago. But then we got out some Thames Foods Comeback Sauce, produced by Wade Thames and Thames Foods of Oxford. Just like that, the shrimp disappeared into thin air.

John and Nita Thames opened the doors to Fat Tuesday’s in the Jackson/Ridgeland area in 1991, plating New Orleans-inspired cuisine. The comeback sauce reflects the family’s passion for Southern and Creole cuisine.
