The Oxford Downtown Council hosted its second annual Spring Open House March 23, around the Oxford Square. The day was filled with many family-friendly activities open to the public, including photo ops with the Easter Bunny in front of Skipwith Cottage next to City Hall, and an egg decoration station and egg hunt on the courthouse lawn, and a Double Decker bus tour.
The Easter Bunny, sponsored by Belles & Beaus, arrived on the Square in high style, driven in a car furnished by Cannon Motors, which also sponsored the egg decoration station. Dawn Boutwell with ALFA Insurance sponsored the egg hunt. Alice & Co., Holli’s Sweet Tooth, and Oxford OB/GYN Associates were also sponsors.
