Travel + Leisure gives 20-year-old Oxford bar its due

Writer Jenny Adams included Oxford’s Proud Larrys’ in a roundup of ‘America’s Best College Bars’ in the April 2013 issue of Travel + Leisure magazine.
“[T]he best college bars offer more than cold beers and hot cheese fries,” Adams wrote. “They’re fan headquarters for away games. They’re stages where college bands become national acts.” Proud Larrys’ made the distinguished list thanks to its popularity with locals and alumni, sold-out music shows, and beer and spirits.
