Brad Beard is rushing to completion the District On Bramlett, six condos located just yards from Oxford High School on Bramlett Blvd. Three buildings contain two condos each. Each unit includes four bedrooms and four baths, 2,000 square feet of floor space with 400 feet of porch space front and back; hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances.
