Despite a rich Delta history, Drew, Mississippi, is best known for its legacy of sports legends: Archie Manning, and two of his sons, Eli and Peyton. The legend began when the late Coach Johnny Vaught recruited Archie to come and play for the red and blue. Located in Sunflower County, the community of about 2,500 people is also know for several large plantations and is the home of the Mississippi State Penitentiary known as Parchman.  Here is to Drew, Mississippi, a genuine Hotty Toddy Hometown! –– Ed Meek, publisher, HottyToddy.com
