Spots Still Remaining for Coaches Softball Clinic

Ole Miss softball coaching staff to host coaches clinic Jan. 11

OXFORD, Miss. – The Ole Miss softball coaches clinic still has open spots remaining. The clinic, which is run by the Ole Miss softball coaching staff, begins Saturday and runs from 9 a.m. to noon.
The coaches clinic will be open to softball coaches of all ages and levels including travel ball, high school, middle school and elementary school.
Lectures and demonstrations of drills will include hitting fundamentals, slapping and bunting, proper throwing techniques, defensive skills for infielders and outfielders, pitching, catching and team defense.
The coaches clinic will be held at the Ole Miss Softball Complex in the indoor hitting facility. Cost of the clinic is $65 and will include a light lunch. All participants are invited to stay and watch the Rebels practice from 1-4 p.m. Registration can be done online at www.collegesoftballcamps.com/softball/rebels, and walkups are welcome as well.  For any questions, please call (662) 915-1550.
