Rebs Look Sharp in Second Practice

The Rebels go through another crisp practice.

Rebel players Bo Wallace, Cody Prewitt, Devonte Kincade, Jeremy Liggins and Laquon Treadwell all looked sharp in the second spring practice session at the Manning Center tonight.
Wallace continued to show off his rejuvenated arm with sharp passes to the flats, while one of his  backups, quarterback Devante Kincade, displayed good footwork and quickness in drills. Quarterback, tight end hybrid Jeremy Liggins took some snaps at quarterback and fired on-target bullets to his receivers.

Fundamentals like looking the ball into your hands are key.

Laquon Treadwell continued to demonstrate he is ready to step up as Wallace’s go-to target. His strong hands quickly snatched the football out of the air before it reached his body. Finally, on the defensive side, All-American safety Cody Prewitt moved quickly to the ball. When the whistle blows for real, the defensive leader looks  ready to blow up receivers, just like last year.
