Dr. David Beckley, president of Rust College in Holly Springs and an Ole Miss graduate, was the first speaker in the 2014 Lenton Luncheon Series held at Oxford-University United Methodist Church on Wednesday.
The Lenton Luncheon Series includes 18 area churches and special offerings to support the Interfaith Compassion Ministries of Oxford. President Beckley was greeted by a large crowd of friends and church members from throughout the community.
