The Memphis Grizzles went to overtime with the Oklahoma City Thunder on Monday picking up a 111-105 victory.
With the win, the series is tied as they return to the Bluff City for game three on Thursday.
The Grizzlies made the correct adjustments from game one to game two to bring a win back to Memphis. The loud fans in Oklahoma City didn’t seem to rattle Memphis in the slightest. From the early going, the Grizz carried a six to a eight point lead. When the Thunder made a run, Memphis had an answer.
Memphis’ bench play Monday night game provide a huge spark.
For the past two games, the Grizzles have played in front of screaming sellout crowds. On Thursday, location and momentum should switch as the teams tip off in the Grind House.
