Ole Miss junior first baseman Sikes Orvis is having a stellar season, leading the Rebels with 12 home runs.
Orvis is from Orlando, Fla., where he played high school ball at Freedom High School.
He has earned his letter the past two seasons.
He was born on November 12, 1992, to Mark and Susan Orvis.
This season Orvis is hitting at a .314 clip with 53 hits, 12 home runs, 10 doubles, 29 runs scored and 39 RBI.
