This past March, Delta Steak Company reopened its doors in Abbeville, an eighteen minute drive north of Oxford. This Saturday, the restaurant will host a “better late than never” grand reopening celebration.
Allen and Erin Sanders, owners of the Delta Steak Company, will celebrate from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at 1 Business 7 North. The restaurant will serve all-you-can-eat BBQ, whole hog and all the fixins along with drink specials. Delta Steak Company buys everything locally, from produce to beer. It also offers hand-crafted cocktails.
Shane Brown, son of author Larry Brown, will be playing live music from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and then 10 p.m. until midnight.
There won’t be any home game this weekend, so feel free to hop in for a short drive to a good Southern meal and music.
