After years of speculation and even more wishing and hoping by fervent Chipotle Mexican Grill fans, we received official word this morning that Chipotle is indeed opening an outpost in Oxford.
Chipotle’s public relations and communications manager Danielle Moore said, “This restaurant is scheduled to open later this fall; it’s a bit too far out to pin a specific date. I do not have an address yet, but I should by the end of the summer.”
Chipotle is a Denver-based Mexican fast-casual restaurant that began in 1993. It has since grown to more than 2,000 locations worldwide.
