Oxford police investigated seven wrecks, issued nine traffic citations and made arrests on the following charges:
Seatbelt Violation, No Proof of Liability Insurance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Careless Driving, Possession of Schedule IV Drug and DUI
No Headlights and DUI
Ran Stop Sign, No Proof of Liability Insurance and DUI
Disorderly Conduct -Failure to Comply and Public Drunk
Lafayette Sheriff’s Department responded to the following incidents: Two accidents, alarm, two animal complaints, two disturbances, two petit larceny, harassment, ten service calls, suspicious activity, vandalism, welfare concern, scam, transport, traffic complaint.

Burned food activated the smoke detector at Canterbury Crest #102.
Wreck with entrapment at County Road 371.
A call cancelled for Townhouse Suites by Marriott.
Power outage activated the alarm panel “Trouble” mode again at Turnberry Condos Bldg. O.
Smoke from cooking activated a smoke detector at Rooster’s.
General fire alarm malfunctions at 100 & 200 Shadow Creek Drive.
Pull station fire alarm malfunction at the Oxford Learning Center.
Someone pulled the fire alarm as a prank at the ATO House.
Running car in the garage activated the carbon monoxide detector at Faulkner Flats #1204.
University Police:
Possession of drugs, stalking, public drunk, credit card fraud, suspicious vehicle, three vehicle stops.
