Malicious Mischief, Runaway And More In Today's Crime Report
Oxford police responded to the following calls: seven alarms, two malicious mischief, petit larceny, three suspicious activity, joyriding, three welfare concern, suspicious vehicle, reported DUI, two suspicious person.
Oxford police investigated two wrecks, issued 50 traffic citations and made arrests on the following charges:
Public Drunk
False Identifying Information and Shoplifting
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Improper Equipment (one head light) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Lafayette Sheriff’s Department responded to the following incidents: alarm, animal complaint, four disturbances, malicious mischief, four service calls, suspicious activity, runaway (located).
Lafayette Sheriff’s department made four arrest
credit card fraud warrant
grand larceny
receiving stolen property
simple assault warrant
Oxford Fire Department:
Workers activated a fire alarm in zone 2 at the Sigma Chi house.
University Police: service call ambulance needed to Crosby Hall, public drunk to Martin Hall, vehicle stop.
