Oxford police responded to the following calls: three disturbing the peace, two suspicious vehicle, 911 hang-up, malicious mischief, burglary of a residence (off of Anderson Rd), simple assault, reported DUI, suspicious activity, welfare concern, alarm.
Oxford police investigated five wrecks, issued 38 traffic citations and made arrests on the following charges:
No Driving License, No Proof of Liability Insurance and Warrant Served
2 Shoplifting
Careless Driving and DUI
Lafayette Sheriff’s Department responded to the following incidents: three alarms, four disturbances, two harassments, four suspicious activities, two welfare concerns, three transports, trespassing, civil matter, vehicle fire, traffic complaint.
Lafayette Sheriff’s department made no arrests
Oxford Fire Department:
Campus Creek works broke a sprinkler pipe
University Police: two property damage, 15 vehicle stops, ambulance needed, traffic detail, ambulance needed harassing phone calls, grand larceny.
