Credit Card Fraud, DUI And More In Today's Crime Report
Oxford police responded to the following calls: Two disturbances, four suspicious activities, three alarms, ambulance assist, two noise violations, trespassing, credit card fraud, bad check, animal complaint, three welfare concerns, illegally parked car.
Oxford police investigated Four wrecks, issued 24 traffic citations and made arrests on the following charges:
Public Intoxication
Speeding & DUI
MIP
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Speeding, No Seatbelt & MIP
Warrant Served
Lafayette Sheriff’s Department responded to the following incidents: Accident, two alarms, animal complaint, two disturbances, grand larceny, four service calls, three suspicious activities, two welfare concern, scam, transport, two trespassing, three information, two follow ups, three reckless driving, civil matter.
Lafayette Sheriff’s department made three arrests
three contempt warrants
Oxford Fire Department:
A call for Hume Hall upon arrival there was no alarm and the panel showed everything was normal.
Call cancelled for McAllister’s.
University Police: Disorderly conduct, failure to comply, ambulance needed, vehicle stop.
