Forgery, Public Drunk And More In Today's Crime Report
Oxford police responded to the following calls: Six alarms, two disturbing the peace, six suspicious activity, phone harassment, civil matter malicious mischief, two petit larceny, forgery, false pretense, 911 hang up call, two welfare concern, careless driving, pan handling, three motorist assist, animal complaint.
Oxford police investigated Six wrecks, issued 10 traffic citations and made arrests on the following charges:

Lafayette Sheriff’s Department responded to the following incidents: Alarm, two disturbances, petit larceny, juvenile complaint, six service calls, two welfare concerns, transport, trespassing, three information, three reckless driving, three road obstructions, three civil matters, disturbing the peace.

Oxford Fire Department:
Call cancelled to Lamar Hall.
Rise room smoke detector malfunction at Galleria II Bldg. C.
University Police: Four assist with traffic, vandalism to a vehicle, weapon on school property — no charge / arrest, harassment.
