Today’s Happy Hour comes from the Summit Lodge Bar on the Oxford Square. The bartender puts strawberry lime salt on the rim of a glass and combines Bacardi lite rum and artist vodka, sweet and sour mix, a splash of soda and blue curaçao to make the “Cold Blooded!”
