Friday’s Game 1 Between Ole Miss Baseball and Mississippi State Postponed

Due to inclement weather, Friday’s Game 1 between No. 3 Ole Miss baseball and Mississippi State has been postponed. The Rebels and Bulldogs are now scheduled for a doubleheader Saturday starting at noon CT.
Ole Miss and Mississippi State were set for a 6:30 p.m. first pitch on Friday night at Dudy Noble Field, but with the forecast calling for rain all day over central Mississippi, the two in-state rivals will now play two nine-inning games on Saturday.
The doubleheader will begin at noon, and Game 2 will follow 45 minutes after the conclusion of Game 1. Sunday’s Game 3 is still set for a 1 p.m. CT start.
