The Ole Miss soccer hit the pitch last week to prepare for the upcoming 2018 season. The Rebels are returning 16 letter winners to an experienced squad.

Ole Miss hosts Central Arkansas on Friday in an exhibition match at 7 p.m. at the Ole Miss Soccer Stadium.
Head coach Matt Mott said he’s very pleased with the week of practice they have under their belt.
“Preseason camp is going very well,” Mott said. “Having so many players that were here for the spring meant we were able to pick up right where we left off, which has put us way ahead of where we’d normally be. The three newcomers this fall have also done a great job of getting acclimated with the squad. I’m very happy with where the team is at this point of camp.”
The Rebels open up the 2018 regular season August 17 as they welcome the Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns to Oxford. Kick is set for 7 p.m.
