The Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department arrested an Oxford man Friday for allegedly driving his car into a car where his ex-girlfriend was a passenger.
According to reports, on Wednesday, Andrew T. Goodwin, 20, allegedly was chasing his ex in his vehicle in the county when he rammed into the vehicle she was a passenger in.
A warrant was issued for Goodwin’s arrest for domestic violence with aggravated assault using a vehicle and aggravated assault. He was picked up by investigators on Friday and taken to the Lafayette County Detention Center where he was awaiting his first appearance and bond hearing.
