Ole Miss Soccer Tabbed to Finish Seventh in Coaches Preseason Poll

The Southeastern Conference league office released its preseason soccer coaches poll on Tuesday, and Ole Miss is predicted to finish seventh.

Coach Matt Mott’s club returns 16 letterwinners. The 2017 season placed Ole Miss ninth in the conference, with a 3-5-2 record and a postseason birth in the NCAA Tournament.
The coaches dubbed the Florida Gators to win the conference championship, while previous winner South Carolina dropped to No.4.
Ole Miss takes the pitch 7 p.m. on Friday at the Ole Miss Soccer Stadium versus Louisiana to open up regular season play.
