3 disturbing the peace complaints

1 malicious mischief
2 phone harassments
1 scam
2 suspicious activities
2 trespassing complaints
3 welfare checks

OPD officers made the following arrests:
5 for public drunk
1 for public drunk, disorderly conduct, giving false information
1 public drunk and resisting arrest
2 for shoplifting
2 for simple assault
1 for driving while license suspended, possession of drug paraphernalia and having one operating headlight

Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department investigated two wrecks and the following reports:
1 simple assault
1 animal complaint
1 auto burglary
1 residential burglary (CR 309)
1 disturbance
2 harassments
1 juvenile complaint
1 suspicious activity
1 vandalism
5 transports
3 follow-ups
2 unauthorized use of vehicle
1 civil matter
4 standbys

Deputies made the following arrests:
1 burglary
1 sale of a controlled substance
1 molesting or touching a child for lustful purposes
1 possession of marijuana warrant

University Police Department investigated four wrecks and the following reports:
1 petty theft
1 simple assault
1 email to defraud
1 EMS requested due to intoxicated person

UPD officers made the following arrests:
1 public drunk and possession of a fake ID
1 simple assault and disorderly conduct

Oxford Fire Department responded to one call at 8:52 a.m. to the Phi Kappa Tau house after steam activated a smoke detector.
