Oxford Fire Department reports were unavailable Tuesday,
6:45 a.m. – Highway 7 north of Abbeville – wreck with entrapment
1:14 p.m. – University Avenue / 9th street area – wreck with a subject having chest pains – EMS already on scene
12:25 p.m. – 713 Martin Luther King Drive – resident was cleaning her stove and shorted out the clock – she asked the fire department to check and make sure everything was OK
