AP Politics Reports Incumbent Sen. Roger Wicker Wins Re-election

The Associated Press announced at 8:04 p.m. that incumbent Republican Roger Wicker clenched his re-election seat in the U.S. Senate. 

Wicker defeated Democrat David Baria by obtaining 60.3 percent of the reporting 6.3 percent precincts in Mississippi, according to the AP.
