An Oxford man was charged with sexual battery, according to the Oxford Police Department.
According to reports, on Dec. 7, investigators with OPD took a report of a sexual battery that occurred earlier in the day.
During the course of an investigation, the alleged victim identified the suspect as Kerriun Kings, 22, of Oxford.
An arrest warrant was issued and Kinds was picked up and charged with sexual battery on Jan. 3, 2019.
He was taken to the Lafayette County Detention Center where he later released on a $25,000 bond.
