1 malicious mischief
1 motorist assist
1 scam
2 suspicious activities
3 suspicious people
4 welfare checks

Officers made the following arrests:
1 DUI and careless driving
1 possession of a schedule 2 drug
1 simple assault

Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department made three arrests for contempt of court and investigated the following reports:

University Police Department made one arrest for driving while license suspended and speeding, investigated one wreck and the following reports:
1 domestic assault
3 intoxicated people
2 suspicious persons
1 possession of drug paraphernalia

Oxford Fire Department responded to the following calls:
7:25 a.m. – South Residential College – burned food activated a smoke detector
10:59 a.m. – National Guard Armory – call canceled
4:16 p.m. – 801 Bickerstaff – lift assist
