Oxford Police Department issued 27 tickets, investigated seven wrecks and the following reports:
2 911 hang-ups
5 alarms
4 disturbing the peace complaints
2 domestic disturbances
1 improper parking
2 lost property
4 suspicious activities
3 suspicious persons
2 vehicle searches
1 welfare check

Officers made the following arrests:
1 DUI
1 DUI and improper turn
1 DUI and careless driving
1 petty theft and warrant served
1 possession of drug paraphernalia, no driver’s license, no tag light, one headlight and K9
1 possession of a schedule 4 drug and disturbing the peace
1 public drunk and fake ID
2 for shoplifting

Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department investigated one wreck and the following reports:
1 aggravated assault
4 agency assists
1 alarm
2 animal complaints
1 civil matter
1 court detail
3 disturbances
2 follow-ups
1 harassment
1 juvenile complaint
1 reckless driving
2 scams
4 service calls
1 suspicious activity
2 suspicious persons
1 suspicious vehicle
1 trespassing
1 welfare concern

University Police Department investigated one wreck and a report of harassment.

Oxford Fire Department reports are unavailable until Monday.
