Ole Miss Linebacker Kevontae Ruggs is Set to Transfer

Ole Miss sophomore linebacker Kevontae’ Ruggs is leaving the program due to personal reasons, he said.

On Monday, Ole Miss’ Associate Athletics Director of Communication Kyle Campbell confirmed to HottyToddy.com that Ruggs is transferring from the team.

Last season, Ruggs played in 11 games for the Rebels with 16 total tackles – five solo and 11 assists.

The Rebels finished the 2018 season with a 5-7 overall record.

Ruggs did not reveal where he was transferring.
