The Ole Miss soccer team announced its season slate for 2019 on Monday. Head Coach Matt Mott and his club are coming off of their third bid to the NCAA Tournament in four years.

Ole Miss will take to the pitch for two exhibition matches prior to embarking on an 18-game regular season with matches split between Oxford and on the road.

The Rebels will welcome in Samford Aug. 12 before hitting the road to take on Central Arkansas Aug. 16. The regular season will kick off Aug. 23 as the North Alabama Lions roll into Oxford. Two days later Ole Miss will travel north on I-55 to face Memphis in the derby.

The following week, Ole Miss will host the Rebel Classic at the Ole Miss Soccer Stadium, squaring off with Southeast Missouri and Minnesota Aug. 29 and Sept. 1, respectively. As part of the classic, both SEMO and Minnesota will also take on Arkansas in Oxford.

After the conclusion of the Rebel Classic, Ole Miss will take part in four more matches to round out the non-conference portion of its schedule. The Rebels will travel to the Bluegrass State to face Western Kentucky Sept. 5 in Bowling Green before playing Murray State Sept. 8 in Murray.

The Rebs will head from Kentucky to Texas a few days later on Sept. 12, battling Long Beach State in a neutral site affair on the SMU campus. Ole Miss completes its non-conference schedule Sept. 15 at home, with South Alabama coming to Oxford.

With the non-league schedule complete, Ole Miss will begin a stretch of 10-straight games against SEC competition, beginning on Sept. 20 at home against Missouri. The Rebels will remain in the Magnolia State the following week, looking to retain the Magnolia Cup for the sixth consecutive year when they face Mississippi State Sept. 26 in Starkville before returning home to face Auburn Sept. 29.

Ole Miss opens up the month of October with a road tilt at Arkansas on the 3rd, welcoming the Florida Gators to the Ole Miss Soccer Stadium one week later on Oct. 10. The Rebels travel to Georgia on Oct. 13 in Athens, with Alabama making the trip west to Oxford for a matchup on Oct. 17.

Heading down the final stretch of the season, the Rebels will play two of their final three games away from home, beginning with an Oct. 24 matchup with South Carolina in Columbia. After celebrating Senior Day on Oct. 27 against LSU in Oxford, Ole Miss puts a bow on the 2019 regular season in College Station, taking on Texas A&M on Halloween.
