a. Request permission for an Electrical Engineer to attend the SCADA User Conference on October 7-10, 2019 in Memphis, TN at no cost to the City. (Rob Neely)
b. Request permission for one employee to attend the International Code Council Annual Conference and Building Safety and Design Expo on October 19-24, 2019 in Las Vegas, NV at an estimated cost of $2,229. (Chris Carter)
c. Request permission for an employee to attend an educational seminar on Fire and Smoke Protection Features and Means of Egress on September 11, 2019 in Jackson at no cost to the City. (Chris Carter)
d. Request permission for an alderman to attend the 2019 Small Town Conference on October 17-18, 2019 in Tupelo at an estimated cost of $800.00. (Ashley Atkinson)

7. Adopt a Resolution for the authorizing and approving the form and execution of an equipment lease-purchase agreement with Regions Equipment Finance Corporation for the purpose of lease-purchasing certain equipment for the City of Oxford; and for related purposes. (Steve Pittman)
