Oxford Recognizes 50 Years of Charger Football

Oxford High School is celebrating fifty years of Charger football, from the years of 1970 to 2019 by recognizing all football players, band members, cheerleaders, and dance team members Friday night.

The festivities will begin with a tailgate at 5 p.m. prior to Friday night’s game, Sept. 6, against Grenada. All alumni attendees will be honored on the field during halftime.

Tents will be set up on the practice field directly behind Oxford Middle School for football players, band members, cheerleaders, and dance team members from each group:

Classes of 1970-1979

Classes of 1980-1989

Classes of 1990-1999

Classes of 2000-2009

Classes of 2010-2019
