Officers made the following arrests:
1 possession of a schedule 1 drug
1 suspended driver’s license and warrant served
Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department investigated two wrecks and the following reports:

4 animal complaints
2 civil matters
1 information
5 service calls
2 suspicious activities
2 suspicious vehicles
3 transports
1 welfare checks
University Police Department investigated three wrecks and the following reports:
1 bicycle accident
1 property damage
1 vandalism
1 harassment
UPD made the following arrests:
1 public drunk and fake ID
1 disorderly conduct, failure to comply and providing false information to an officer
1 possession of drug paraphernalia
1 public drunk and possession of a fake ID
Oxford Fire Department responded to the following calls:
7:47 a.m. – Northgate B204 (on campus) – smoke detector malfunction
9:12 a.m. – Deaton Hall – washing machine was overloaded causing the belt to smoke which activated a smoke detector
10:01 a.m. – Turnberry Condos Bldg. A near the elevator – smoke detector malfunction
12:56 p.m. – McDonald’s West Jackson – caller advised someone was passed out in the drive-thru – the person was asleep not passed out
6:18 a.m. – Vaught Hemingway Stadium South End Zone – smoke detector malfunction
