The Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department arrested an 18-year-old man for allegedly having an inappropriate relationship with a 15-year-old.
The gender of the alleged victim was not released.
According to the sheriff’s department, a complaint was filed and an investigation followed. Investigators charged Yordi Martinez Artica, 18, of Lafayette County with touching a child for lustful purposes.
Artica is being held at the Lafayette County Detention Center on no bond.
