The Oxford School District will honor veterans who are alumni in a special way on Veteran’s Day at Oxford High School.
In their honor, their names and branch of service will be displayed at Oxford High School.
Veterans Roll Call will be a special tribute to the graduates of Oxford High School, Oxford Training School, Central High School and University High School who have honorably served in our nation’s military.
“Our deepest gratitude is owed to these individuals who faithful pledged to defend the Constitution of the United State of America and protect the citizens of our great nation,” said OSD Superintendent Brian Harvey.
OSD is asking the community to submit veterans’ names, living or deceased, a family member, or a friend who graduated from Oxford High School, Central High School, Oxford Training School or University High School in Oxford who honorably served in the United States Armed Forces.
