Ole Miss Athletics announced Thursday the football team will play a home-and-home series against the Virginia Tech Hokies starting in 2032.

Ole Miss will travel to Blacksburg, Virginia first on Sept. 4, 2032 before the two teams return to Oxford on Sept. 5, 2037 to close the series.

Ole Miss and Virginia Tech have squared off twice on the football field, with the first meeting in 1913 when the Hokies—then known as Virginia Polytechnic Institute—won 35-14. The Rebels evened the all-time series at a game apiece with a 34-17 victory in the 1968 Liberty Bowl.
