According to the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department, investigators received a complaint Thursday of a sexual battery.
After an investigation, Charles “Dave” Darby, 28, was arrested and charged with sexual battery.
He was taken to the Lafayette County Detention Center where he was booked on a $10,000 bond.
